We start by sitting down with the home owner(s) to discuss the goals for your project and how you can get the most for the amount you have allotted for construction. We can also recommend highly respected architects and interior and landscape designers when needed. Once working drawings are complete, to the client’s satisfaction, and all permits are acquired, the construction of your home will begin. As the project progresses, Steve will work closely with you, fielding any questions, addressing concerns and assisting in any decisions that need to be made regarding workmanship, scheduling, changes etc., to ensure a pleasant experience.
