Process
You can feel assured that our team at Lawrence Builders understands that the process of new construction is complex and sometimes challenging; so it is our goal to ensure complete satisfaction for every one of the people we work with.​

We start by sitting down with the home owner(s) to discuss the goals for your project and how you can get the most for the amount you have allotted for construction.

We also have great relationships with highly respected architects and interior and landscape designers that we are more than happy to connect you to.​

Once working drawings are complete, to the client’s satisfaction, and all permits are acquired, the construction of your home will begin.​

As the project progresses, Steve and his team will work closely with you, fielding any questions, addressing concerns and assisting in any decisions that need to be made regarding workmanship, scheduling, changes etc., to ensure a pleasant experience.

We are also committed to fielding a team of contractors who are respectable and capable of communicating progress to you on the actual job site. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the entire construction process.
